William Slivka practices in the field of estate planning, estate administration and taxes matters. He was formerly employed as an estate tax attorney with the Internal Revenue Service. He is a graduate of Long Island University, Class of 1949 and received an LLB from Brooklyn Law School, Class of 1954. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Committee on Trusts and Estates and of the Estate Planning Council of New York City

Carl D. Bernstein concentrates his trial practice on litigation of all types, especially in the areas of criminal, commercial and matrimonial law. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Class of 1960 and received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, Class of 1964

Charles M. Newman practices primarily in the fields of commercial litigation and family law. He is also experienced in business transactions, including in computer and information technology law. Chuck’s practice also includes mediation, arbitration and other modes of Alternative Dispute Resolution, both as a neutral and as an advocate. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Lehigh University, Class of 1970, and graduated with a Hays Civil Liberties Fellowship from New York University School of Law, Class of 1973. He is and for many years has been a member, officer or chairman of numerous committees and sections of the New York State Bar Association and of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, focusing on the federal constitution, national and state legislation, federal and commercial litigation, state courts, and civil rights. He was a member of the New York State Bar Association Presidential Task Force on Family Law.
