Glenn
A. Reiner has been a partner since 1993. He practices in all aspects of real estate and commercial and business transactions, including representing institutional and private lenders on mortgage and asset based transactions well as representing borrowers. He also is experienced at drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, representing both the landlords and tenants.
He is also versed at representing purchasers and sellers of commercial real estate as well as business transactions in preparing reviewing of contracts and agreements for the acquisition and sale of such businesses and real estate. In addition, he prepares and reviews all corporate and limited liability company’s required operating documents.
Glenn is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, Class of 1981 and received his law degree at Hofstra University School of Law, Class of 1984. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Real Property Law Section. He is also a National Board of Representative of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
